At the crossroads of important routes to the Gers and Lot-et-Garonne, Marianne, Eva and Noémie are delighted to welcome you to the peaceful airial du Mouta in St Justin, 25 km northeast of Mont de Marsan in the Landes d'Armagnac, a 13th-century bastide village steeped in history.
On the edge of the Landes Forest, 1 km from the village with all its amenities, Sea and Mountain just 1h30 2h away by car, your hosts are waiting to introduce you to the Gascon art of living. For many years, the Mouta families lived off their flocks of sheep, their work as gem-makers, and their work in the land and vineyards.
The large house at Le Mouta, on the ground floor and first floor, has just been restored to welcome you for peaceful vacations all year round, with family, friends or for business. The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave and oven.
A spacious living-dining room with airial view, wifi connection and television, 1 bedroom (bed 160), bathroom with bath + shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, office-children's bedroom with cot. The comfortable staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (bed 160, 2 beds 90x190) and 1 Kids' bedroom (3 beds 90x190), shower room with toilet. Independent Holiday cottage, owners living next door. Shared 2-hectare Airial farm. Wood heating €5/day, fixed rate applicable from October to end April, wood stove, wood supplied (within reason). In summer, electronic air freshener available in bedrooms. Relax on deckchairs, admiring the surrounding nature. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided. Ping-pong table available.
