At the crossroads of important routes to the Gers and Lot et Garonne, Marianne, Eva and Noémie are happy to welcome you to the peaceful airial du Mouta in St Justin.
Located 25 km northeast of Mont de Marsan, in the Landes d'Armagnac, this village is a 13th-century bastide steeped in history.
On the edge of the Landes forest, 1 km from the village with its amenities, Sea and Mountain 1h30 2h away by car, your hosts are waiting to help you discover the Gascon art of living.
For many years, the families of Le Mouta have lived on this former farmhouse, with their flocks of sheep, their work as gem-makers, and their work on the land and vines.
The large Mouta house, with its ground floor and first floor, has just been restored to welcome you for peaceful vacations, all year round, with family, friends or for business.
The ground floor features
a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave and oven.
a spacious living-dining room with airial view, wifi connection and television,
1 bedroom (sleeps 160), bathroom with bath + shower, separate toilet,
laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, office-Kids' bedroom with cot.
Comfortable staircase leads to 2 bedrooms (bed 160, 2 beds 90x190) and 1 Kids' bedroom (3 beds 90x190),
bathroom with shower and toilet.

Independent Holiday cottage, owners living next door. Shared 2-hectare airial.
Heating 5€/day, fixed rate applicable from October to end April, wood-burning stove, wood supplied (within reason).
In summer, electronic air cooler available in bedrooms.
Relax on one of our deckchairs and admire the natural surroundings. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Bed linen and towels provided.
A ping pong table is at your disposal.
