It features a spacious living room with walls made of Adour stone, equipped with a television
- A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combo, a 4-burner gas stove, and a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace
- 4 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs (3 140-cm beds and 2 90-cm beds),
- 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets, including 1 separate toilet.
- Wi-Fi is available.
- You’ll have access to a private, fenced-in courtyard and terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue available.

For your comfort, bed linen and linen supplied for the house are included. Towels and a cleaning fee are available at an additional cost.
Air conditioning upstairs (1 split unit on the mezzanine that cools 2 bedrooms and the ground floor, and 1 split unit in the master bedroom)
Heating fee is an additional charge during the heating season.
