A lovely modern vacation home, between ocean and Forest, just 2 km from the Beach and Golf de Moliets

For your vacation, head to Moliets, a small seaside resort on the Landes coast.

We welcome you to a charming house located in the village. The Holiday cottage, Gîte des Corsiers, is ideally situated for a stay with family or friends.
The beach and the Golf course are 2 km away, and don’t forget to explore the Courant d’Huchet Nature Reserve, the Forest trails, and the wild dunes.
You’ll also appreciate the proximity to all the shops and recreational options (tourist office, Restaurants, bakery, grocery store, wine shop, etc.) available in the village, all accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the on-site bike path.
In the summer, you can enjoy all the activities offered in the area. During the off-season, you’ll love the tranquility and wide-open spaces of the Landes coastline.

This house, built in 2022, is located in a small development of four houses on a cul-de-sac. It has two private parking spaces.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, unfenced garden with a table, chairs, a barbecue, a parasol, and lounge chairs.

This single-story, functional, and bright rental consists of:

- a living area with a living room (TV, Wi-Fi), dining room, and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, range hood, microwave)
- a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 140-cm bed) and its own private bathroom
- a second bedroom (1 140-cm bed)
- a second bathroom with a shower
- a separate toilet
- a utility room with a washing machine.

Bed linen is provided.

For everyone’s comfort, we ask that you do not smoke inside the rental.

A cleaning deposit will be required.
