The ocean, the Basque country, the Forest, the villages and rolling hills of Chalosse await you for days of discovery, and you'll be enchanted by the architectural cachet of this traditional half-timbered house, typical of the historic buildings of the Landes region. An exception in this area! The entrance to the property (which also includes the owners' house) is secured by a gate. Outside, you'll find a garden with a breathtaking view of the house's goats and sheep. Garden furniture with parasol, sun loungers and barbecue are at your disposal. This detached house comprises: - a living room (with TV, insert) - a modern, detached kitchen, accessible by descending 2 steps. It is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment - 2 large bedrooms (16m²) with 2 double beds - a bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine - a separate toilet - a laundry room.
