Here, you're just 20 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes from Dax and its Thermal baths, and 45 minutes from the Basque Coast.

Surrounded by nature, in the heart of a beautiful 9000m² airial offering peace and quiet, you can also take advantage of the many leisure facilities on site, to be shared with the owners and a second Holiday cottage: swimming pool (11m x 5m, maximum depth 1.75m, secured by a roller shutter, open from June to September, weather permitting), bicycles, trampoline, badminton, table tennis, swings, bowling pitch, for a top vacation with family or friends!

This renovated 120m² former Landes farmhouse is arranged over two levels.
You'll appreciate the charm of beams, wood and stone, combined with modern-day comforts, a warm and pleasant atmosphere and spacious accommodation.

First floor:
dining room (seats 12),
living room with TV (with 2-seater sofa bed),
fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher),
a 27m² master suite with bedroom (1 bed 160x200 and a 1-seater convertible sofa),
private bathroom and toilet,
a second suite of 17m² with bedroom (1 bed 160x200),
bathroom and wc.

Upstairs:
a 40m² Master bedroom with a 180x200 king-size bed and a 2-seater sofa bed,
with open-plan shower room and wc.

A private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided.
Baby equipment is available on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, stroller.
An outdoor laundry room shared by both Holiday cottages is available, with 2 washing machines.

A heating charge applies from October 1 to May 30: €12/day.
