You'll be seduced by the modern decor and the high level of comfort, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You'll enjoy two private terraces, one south-facing, the 2nd spacious and covered, opening onto the owner's communal garden.

This independent Holiday cottage is laid out on the ground and first floors and offers top-of-the-range amenities for a cocooning, Wellbeing stay all year round.
It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave), dining area and air-conditioning,

bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with bay window opening onto small terrace,

The openwork wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with 2 90x190 beds, under a sloping ceiling, opening onto the living room.
From the kitchen, access to the open terrace with tumble dryer and ping pong table. 2 bicycles (1 electric) on reservation. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Parking on property. Shared plot with owner, private area not delimited. Holiday cottage near owner.
