The detached “Chalet l’Elite” awaits you for a comfortable getaway for two. You’ll enjoy a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (top-mounted refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave), a dining area, and a TV lounge. There is a separate bedroom with access to the terrace (1 double bed) and a bathroom with a shower and tub, plus a wall-mounted toilet. Shared washing machine; free access to the owner’s laundry room.

A pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture, bordered by bamboo and flowering plants. A small “magical” spot to come dance, have fun, and enjoy delicious products from local artisans and producers, “La Guinguette à Hector” is a new venue in the Landes region where you can gather in a warm atmosphere, just a few meters from the holiday cottage. A departmental road is right nearby.

The Chalet is located on the owner’s enclosed shared property, with a shared entrance gate equipped with a remote control.
The area around the Holiday cottage is not fenced off.
