From this beautiful Landes house set against the dune, take a few steps and discover the ocean just 100 m away.

You'll spend your vacation with your feet in the water, with the sound of the waves in the background. Labenne is a seaside resort with a magnificent sandy beach and a view of the nearby Pyrenees, which you can see from the balcony of the villa Dune Océane.
Bordered by the Landes forest, it boasts an ideal living environment and a wide range of sports facilities.

Nearby is the Marais d'Orx, an ecological jewel where many protected species find refuge, as well as Robinson Park, where the more adventurous can walk from tree to tree, and the balneotherapy center just 500m away. As you can see, there's something for everyone!

This quiet, half-timbered gîte offers on the ground floor: large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), bathroom with walk-in shower.

    Eine wunderschöne Woche an der Atlantik

    Das Haus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der Empfang der hilfsbereiten und unkomplizierten Eigentümerin hätte nicht netter sein können. Wir haben uns im Haus vom Anfang an wohl gefühlt und genossen unsere Ausflüge, Fahrradtouren und natürlich den Strand sehr. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit nochmal buchen!

    Grande maison ancienne, on cherche Hercule Poirot, beau jardin nature avec un chemin initiatique.
    La grande cheminée a l’ancienne semble sortir d’un chateau.

    vacances au bord de l'océan

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse et la terrasse très agréable à toute heure du jour. La maison est très bien située pour celles et ceux qui aiment se baigner car elle est très proche de la plage surveillée. Entendre le bruit des vagues jour et nuit est très reposant.

    Wunderbare Lage gleich hinter den Dünen, absolut ruhig. Überaus freundlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümerin mit mehreren Gastgeschenken. Großes Haus mit 3 SZ, bequeme Betten. Gemütliche Sofas, schöner Kamin. Schöne überdachte Terrasse.
    Die Bäder/WC sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
    Leider ist das Haus nicht überall sauber, auch die Küche ist betroffen.
