Step through the gate and let yourself be charmed by this pleasant, 7,000 m² green oasis filled with trees and flowers, where Héléna and André will be delighted to welcome you. You’re at the Domaine des Sylènes, a former Carthusian monastery on the outskirts of Dax—France’s leading spa town—in a quiet neighborhood, with the Way of St. James just 50 meters away. It’s right next to all shops and services, not to mention that the beaches are just 30 minutes away and there’s plenty to do in this part of the Landes region. A great place to stay any time of year...
You’ll love the comfort of our estate, nestled in a pleasant 7,000 m² green oasis filled with trees and flowers, just 5 minutes from Dax.
Our Garden Room, 25 m² with direct access to the terrace and the grounds, accommodates 1 or 2 guests. An adjacent room can be combined to create a suite for 3 or 4. New king-size bedding and exclusive comfort!
Our Ocean Room, located upstairs, offers a relaxing space for 1 or 2 people, and can be combined with an adjacent room to create a suite for 3 or 4. New king-size bedding.
Babies are also welcome!
Breakfast is served in the dining room or under the pergola. For your comfort, our house is air-conditioned, and the living room is available for guests’ use.
For your relaxation, you’ll have access to our Piscine (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.40 m), heated from May 15 to September 15, our pergola with a grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a basketball court, ping-pong, table soccer, and a large living room… But you’ll also enjoy the nearby Forest, the Piscine and spa at Lake Christus, and a wide range of recreational activities. For your safety, our property is fenced, the parking area is secure, and we have two garages. It’s easy to get to the beaches (30 minutes away), Biarritz (40 minutes away), the Thermal bath (5 minutes away), and a Fishing pond (2 km away)… All of this will make your vacation unforgettable, but the TV and Wi-Fi will let you stay connected!
For reservations of 7 nights or more, a 10% discount is applied to the total cost of your stay.

Comme vous disposez de la salle à manger dès votre arrivée, une bouilloire y est présente. Avec des sachets de thé et du sucre. Vous pourrez en profiter lors d'une future visite! Je ferai modifier les détails, à l'origine, il y avait effectivement une bouilloire par chambre!

Very pleasant rooms. We had Ocean with two rooms with a bathroom on suite. Our daughter really wanted to swim so the pool was uncovered so she could take a dive in their nice pool. Nice amd well maintained huge garden.
