Located 45 km from the ocean, in the south of the Landes region between Adour and Béarn, once upon a time in Laurède en Chalosse, Domaine de Taule was a characterful 1900s château combining comfort, calm and tradition. You'll enjoy a park planted with centuries-old oak trees, a breathtaking view over the hills from the terrace, a shared outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court.
The gîte is adjoining the owners' (each has its own independence), and is laid out over 2 levels. The ground floor features an eclectic living room, a spacious 65 m² living room and adjoining round kitchen with rustic ambiance and country furniture.

On the 1st floor, a large corridor leads to
5 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 6 beds 90),
2 bathrooms,
1 shower room,
3 WCS.

Equipment :
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, TV, freezer, wifi.
Sheets, household linen and towels provided.
Pets accepted at extra charge.
Parking in the park.

In the hot summer hours, in the shade of the large oak or lime tree, you can enjoy the peace and coolness of reading your favorite book, while watching a game of tennis in progress.

The 6 x 12 m, 2.20 m deep swimming pool is at 28 degrees all summer and protected by an alarm (open from June 1 to September 30, weather permitting).
It is shared with discreet owners, as is the tennis court. Swing (swing set).
