La simplicité à deux pas de l'Océan

Une année de plus à la Villa Octavie ; j'apprécie particulièrement la taille et la simplicité du gîte, ainsi que sa grande terrasse à l'ombre des arbres. La Vélodyssée est à 2 coups de pédale en vélo, et le centre de Vieux Boucau est à 10 minutes en vélo. Une fois sur place, on peut poser sa voiture et profiter de l'espace de l'airial et vivre pleinement des vacances nature.
Un petit coin cher à mon coeur, pour son authenticité et pour la chaleur humaine de Paulette et Stéphanie

Gite conforme à la description. En revanche, route (départementale) très passante à 10 mètres de la location qui a rendu le séjour beaucoup moins sympathique que prévu.

Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience, nous tenons à apporter une précision la route est communale, par moment il peut y avoir un peu de passage, mais en forte saison cela est plus marqué en fin de semaine. Arbustes et bardage en bois atténuent bien cette nuisance - Le service qualité 40.
