We're waiting for you in a quiet residential area of Soustons, a small city ideally situated on the Landes coast, with the ocean, its Lake, the Forest and the cycle path...
Here you can enjoy a peaceful stay for two or your family in this pretty little wooden house.
You'll particularly appreciate the warm look of the wood cladding, the vast terrace that extends the interior living space, the brightness of the rooms provided by the large bay windows, and the sober, uncluttered decoration in natural tones.
This independent, air-conditioned Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and a sofa bed).
Access is via a terrace with 2 steps.
It comprises :
- a spacious living room with TV, WIFI, 2-seater sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave)
- bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed
- bathroom with large shower, washing machine and tumble dryer
- separate toilet.
Bed linen provided for your convenience.
Around the terrace, you'll find a private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, shade sails and sun loungers.
Baby equipment can be provided on request.

Claude Gîte confortable et au calme à Soustons
Notre hôte nous a très bien accueillis et installés dans ce gîte tout récent et tout confort. Nous avons apprécié les grandes baies vitrées, la terrasse et le jardin. Je conseille la location de vélos pour les balades alentours.

MOULINSCOCO AVRIL DANS LES LANDES
Parfait pour 2 personnes. Idéal pour rayonner autour. Ville qui comporte une multitude d'installations sportives et un étang de très grande tailles. De très nombreuses plages pour baigneurs et surfeurs à quelques kilomètres dont la magnifique ville de Vieux boucau. Une destination familiale idéale mais également toute l'année. Très agréable.

Lolo Une belle découverte
Superbe petit chalet avec une situation idéale pour explorer la région. On y trouve tout le confort ,un peu comme à la maison ....tout est pensé par les propriétaires pour vous être agréable qui sont d ailleurs ouverts à toutes suggestions. Nous y avons passé un séjours très agréable
