La maison Condrine is located on a corn farm in the Countryside, close to Hagetmau, a small town in the Landes interior offering all amenities and leisure activities, with its Cité Verte, international sports training center with indoor Olympic swimming pool.
The perfect place for a relaxing break or to explore a region rich in discoveries, traditions, gastronomy and local festivals.

On site, you'll enjoy a pond for pleasant walks or picnics, below the Holiday cottage, as well as a private swimming pool for relaxing with family and friends.


Inside, you'll find a completely refurbished house on 3 levels, where old and new combine to offer you all the comfort you need for a stay with family or friends.

Ground floor:
- separate fitted kitchen,
- spacious living room,
- 1 bedroom sleeping 2 (90cm) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
- A storeroom used as a laundry room
- 1 toilet.

The 1st floor comprises :
- 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms (3 beds 140 and 2 beds 90)
- and a spacious shower room,
- separate toilet.

Finally, the top floor houses :
- 3 bedrooms (4 beds 90 and 1 bed 140)
- with a shower room and toilet.

The house has electric heating and air-conditioning approval in the day room and on each landing, as well as a fireplace insert in the living room.

Outside, there's a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha.
A boulodrome is available, and parking is possible in front of the Holiday cottage.
Piscine 8 mx4 m, 1.40 m deep, secured by roller shutter, usable from June to September.
