It features an air-conditioned living area with an open-concept kitchen and living room (dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, flat-screen TV),
a terrace off the kitchen with patio furniture and a barbecue.

The garage, used for storage, houses the washing machine and provides storage shelves.

Utilities are billed based on actual consumption, with a daily allowance of 8 kilowatts of electricity (any excess will be charged at €0.20 per kilowatt and €3 per cubic meter, payable by the occupants).
