We welcome you to Linxe, a small village on the Landes coast, just 12km from the Beach and 10km from Lake Vielle, for a comfortable stay with family or friends. This vacation rental features a private swimming pool (7m x 4m, 1.40m deep), secured by a roller shutter. Open from June to September, weather permitting), games (rackets, balls, badminton and pétanque) and a fully enclosed 2250m² outdoor plot with electric gate, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. You'll love the cosy atmosphere of this old half-timbered Landes house, which has retained all its charm by blending retro decorative elements with contemporary furnishings.

This independent Holiday cottage is all on one level.
It comprises
an entrance hall,
living room (TV, WIFI),
dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, "Nespresso" coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher),
a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower and wc),
2 other bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 4 beds 90),
a second shower room, independent wc,
a storeroom.

For your convenience, bed linen, tea towels and bath mats are provided and utilities included.

Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair and bathtub.

To enjoy the swimming pool: wooden pergola, outdoor toilet and outdoor solar shower.

Holiday cottage close to the stadium. We kindly ask you not to organize any parties in the Holiday cottage.
Rentals are only possible for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks between June 28 and August 30, 2025.
