In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne, this country gîte has been converted from the outbuildings of the former noble house of Chevalier Jean Martin de Muller (1720-1782), major of the Hussards de Bercheny regiment.
It has a lovely view of the village airial and the listed Romanesque portal of its church, and benefits from the exceptional environment of an estate of almost 7ha, classified Natura 2000, comprising meadows, woods, an island, a canal with a waterfall, a river and a fishing reserve.
It features a private, secure swimming pool (12m x 6m), and a large covered terrace for al fresco dining, whatever the weather.

The property is located 8km from Mont-de-Marsan, a town with all shops and services. It's the starting point for lovely bike rides in the nearby nature park, and just a few minutes by car for a wide range of visits in the Landes region, depending on your interests: natural sites, museums, villages with character, gourmet stops.

Ground floor: the dwelling comprises :
- entrance hall, adjoining dining room and living room, open kitchen communicating with the dining room and direct access to the covered terrace,
- beige bedroom: 160cm bed and private shower room (PMR standards),
- adjoining WC
- the yellow room: bed 140,
- the green room: 180cm bed (or 2 twin 90cm beds) and a 90cm bed.
These last two rooms share a bathroom with WC.

All facilities are on one level, with the exception of the covered terrace accessible by 4 steps.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen, cleaning and utilities are included.
Access to the dwelling is via the main courtyard of the noble house, shared with the owners.
