Welcome to the Holiday cottage BOURSAOU for a peaceful stay, for two or for the whole family.
Set between Countryside and Forest, it's the ideal place to discover the Landes region, recharge your batteries and enjoy a relaxing Wellbeing break during a spa treatment at Préchacq les Bains, just 9km away. We offer special rates for 21-night cures.
You'll appreciate the natural setting, the proximity of the village's shops and services, and the easy access to the Landes coast, inland villages and bastides, and the rolling hills of Chalosse.
An address to discover all year round for vacations, spa treatments or business trips.
This Holiday cottage is located on our farm, close to our house. You'll enjoy an outdoor area with several ponds just 20 meters from the gîte, ideal for walking or fishing.
The house has private garden furniture and a barbecue.
Access is by foot. The Bungalow is entirely on one level.
Functional, it comprises :
- a living room with lounge (TV, wood-burning stove), dining area and open kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, electric oven)
- 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) (can be combined)
- bathroom with shower
- separate toilet
- storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and all utilities are included.
Baby equipment available on request: Umbrella bed, booster seat and bathtub.

Gael et sa compagne les propriétaires très sympa et a l'écoute . Nous avons été très bien reçu , la location au calme dans la nature . Le matin au levé du jour nous pouvions apercevoir lièvre , faisan entre autres .

Très beau séjour professionnel de longue durée dans ce gîte où l’on se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Le logement est agréable, calme, fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté pour y vivre au quotidien. Les propriétaires sont vraiment au top : d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles et très attentionnés. Leur accueil et leur bienveillance font toute la différence. Le gîte est propre, confortable et très bien aménagé. Une adresse que je recommande vivement !

Gîte très agréable fonctionnel et au calme
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques (merci pour les légumes)
et surtout un GRAND MERCI de nous avoir accepté avec nos deux chats
(très difficile de trouver une location qui accepte les chats et surtout deux)

Nous avons passe un excellant sejour dans cet agreable gite
tout neuf,nous etions les premiers loueurs . Ce gite est bien amenager
et chaleureux .les proprietaires sont gentil et tres disponibles
