A 10 km stretch of beach on the banks of the Mimizan stream, fine sand for sandcastle enthusiasts, a wide range of water sports, fishing or simply "sunbathing and relaxing" await you for a great time with family and friends. There's something for everyone here, and Bias vacations are all about beach, nature, gliding and Wellbeing.

You'll be staying at Les Jardins de l'océan, a quiet residence with a shared Piscine (condominium, janitor).
The adjoining Holiday cottage Bleuet is on the ground floor and first floor.
It offers calm and comfort: with reversible air conditioning in the main room.

It comprises :
a living room,
living room-kitchenette-lounge area with television. The kitchen is equipped with 3 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave and combined fridge and freezer. A separate toilet on the ground floor. The sleeping area is upstairs, with 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 3 beds, 1 140cm bed + 90cm bed),
bathroom with bath, double washbasin and toilet.
Washing machine available.

Electric heating, electric fireplace. Linen included. Holiday cottage for babies.

Enclosed garden to the rear, approx. 250 m², with garden furniture and plancha.

Shared entrance via hall or garden.
A large reserved parking space is available, as well as a garage for 1 vehicle.

Secure communal Piscine open from June 15 to September 30, weather permitting.
