This detached house is located on a farm.

On the first floor, it offers :
- kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
- living room with wood-burning stove and WIFI
- a shower room,
- 3 bedrooms (3 double beds),
- separate toilet.
- reversible air-conditioning.

Outside, 1500m² of partially hedged grounds with garden furniture, barbecue, garage and courtyard.

Agricultural production: vines, corn, fattened ducks in winter, cellar tour and discovery of the still.
