A comfortable Holiday cottage in a historic building, with Piscine, in the heart of an Armagnac-producing estate on the borders of Landes, Gers and Lot-et-Garonne.

Domaine d'Ognoas is an Armagnac-producing winery.
Spread over several hectares, you'll discover a unique know-how, the secrets of distillation, and you can also taste our best crus.
Here, you can take advantage of a vast natural space between vineyards, hillsides and fields, with hiking and cycling trails to discover the Landes interior in a different way.
On the borders of Landes, Gers and Lot-et-Garonne, this area is steeped in history, with bastides, châteaux and other monuments to visit.

Bedat is an old barn that has been completely renovated and divided into two adjoining Holiday cottages, which can accommodate 10 people if rented together.
You'll be seduced by the historic character of the building and the quality of the restoration, which combines old architectural features with top-of-the-range equipment.
This combination creates a unique setting for an off-the-beaten-track vacation, or for a wellness cure close to the Barbotan Thermal baths.

The on-site Piscine (8m x 4m, 1.40m deep) is shared by the 2 Holiday cottages. Secured by a barrier, it's open from June to September, weather permitting. Deckchairs are available.

Arranged over 2 levels, it comprises :
- a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI, wood-burning stove), dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, sink, induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher)
- 2 bedrooms on ground floor: 4 beds 80
- upstairs bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed
- 2 shower rooms
- 2 separate toilets
- laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, cleaning, water and electricity are included.
