Welcome to Landes Calosse, just an hour from the Atlantic Ocean for swimming enthusiasts, and 30 to 45 minutes from the Landes cities of Dax and Mont de Marsan, one famous for its bustling thermal baths, the other for its collection of modern sculptures and its three rivers, not forgetting its summer entertainment.
Put down your suitcases for a week or a weekend with family or friends in the village of Lamothe, near Saint Sever. Here in the Countryside, you'll get a dose of outdoor activities, a dose of idleness and a dose of gourmet delights!
Now that you've had a pleasant journey, settle in quietly and comfortably in the Bachalé holiday cottage, set in its own private, unfenced grounds, with the added benefit of a shared swimming pool. You'll enjoy the owners' shared grounds and a garage for your vehicle.

On the ground floor, the Holiday cottage features a separate kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave. A living room with fireplace, sofa and TV corner is at your disposal, as well as a spacious independent living room.

The sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), and the bathroom features a large shower with hydrojets and heated towel rail, plus 1 separate toilet. The washing machine is located in the storeroom, which also has a hand-washer.

An internet connection (fiber) is available.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included. If you're bringing a baby, don't worry: a cot, high chair and bathtub are available.
The house has gas heating at an extra charge of €5/day from October to the end of April. Wood is provided free of charge.

The Piscine shared with the owners is accessible from June to September, weather permitting. Dimensions 10mx5m, depth 1.20 to 2.20 m, secured by a semi-high dome.
