Welcome to Morcenx, a village in the Landes forest close to the nature park and white sandy beaches. Here you'll find all the amenities you need, with shops, sports activities (tennis, fishing...) and the Lac d'Arjuzanx for swimming and sailing. This gîte in a group of 4 will let you enjoy all these advantages and village life at a very reasonable price.

Cda Hébergement à petit prix
Accommodation à petit prix! De base mais tout y est. Nous y retournerons assurément. Petit bémol: la climatisation serait un atout majeur. Il n'y a pas de fenêtres et il faut ouvrir les portes durant la nuit pour rafraîchir le logement.

Tres agrèable sèjour , logement clair et spacieux, tres propre, belle terrasse avec vu sur une belle pelouse ombragèe , tres calme pour se reposer , balade au lac , nous apprècions ce lieu ou nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Une location très propre,spacieuse,lumineuse.
La personne de la mairie qui m'a contactée pour les clés fut très aimable et très claire.
Pas loin de Morcenx la Nouvelle (7mn)il est facile de faire les courses et autres.
J'espère pouvoir louer à nouveau aux Arbousiers en mai 2025.

Macha Bon séjour
Nous sommes déjà venus l'an dernier et avons apprécié cette année les améliorations : numéro de contact clair, réactivité du responsable pour régler quelques soucis à l'arrivée (ampoule et poubelles à changer, lave linge en panne), travaux effectués dans le logement (douche et Vmc).
Il resterait quelques améliorations à faire notamment au niveau literie et canapé qui sont à mettre à jour. Mis à part ces quelques bémol, le séjour a été agréable.- Cleanliness
