Looking for calm, the ocean, well-being, nature and comfort? Our seasonal rental welcomes you all year round for a comfortable stay just 4 km from the beaches.
There's plenty to do in the Landes Atlantique Sud region, including golf between the forest and the ocean, a variety of sports and leisure activities, bike paths, the lake and the dune, all just a few minutes away by bike. The central beach is supervised in season, and there are numerous shops along the pedestrian avenue by the ocean. It's the ideal family beach.
In a haven of peace on the edge of the forest, this detached house benefits from a private enclosed plot, with garden furniture, plancha and a swing.
Contemporary vacation home of 103 m², very bright and spacious fitted on one level. It comprises :
a large living room with lounge area (flat-screen TV with satellite dish, WIFI, reversible air conditioning), billiards table in the lounge,
dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher)
3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, 3 beds 90 including 2 bunk beds),
shower room (Italian shower),
separate toilet,
garage with garden furniture, washing machine and tumble dryer.
You'll enjoy relaxing on the terrace with its unobstructed view of the forest, as well as the peace and quiet.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided.

Isaronald Un paradis
Une parenthèse de tranquillité à 4km des plages, hors saison en tous cas. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Des biches viennent le soir longer le grillage. Nos 2 chiens y étaient aussi très bien. Avec tout ce qu'il faut comme commerces ainsi qu'à Léon. Les Landes... Que du bonheur !

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison très agréable à vivre....la maison est spacieuse, beaucoup de rangement, très bien équipée..le babyfoot et le billard quelles bonnes idées

Famille Tres bon sejour
Nous avons adoré notre sejour, la maison a été tres confortable , espacieuse, tres agreable pour une famille ou entre amis. Nous avons adorée les animations sur place, le cadre, les scapades a la palge ou la rando et surtout l'equipement pour une famille avec bebe , touts les elements necessaires pour des vacances avec un bebe (lit parapluie, surface de change, beignoire, chaise haute).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au cœur de la forêt landaise.
Maison neuve,bien équipée, literie confortable et bien située.
Notre chienne a été ravie de gambader dans un jardin spacieux et entièrement clôturer.
