In the Monts et Barrages region, between the medieval town of Saint Leonard de Noblat and Lake Vassivière, Bujaleuf is a small town 35 km east of Limoges, ideal for fishing and hiking. There's also a multi-sports ground and tennis court. In summer, 5 minutes from the gîte: wakeboarding, water skiing, towed buoys... supervised beach (July and August) with children's playground, volleyball and pétanque courts, pedal-boat and paddle rentals, restaurant with bar. The villa du lac, totally independent, nestled into the forest, opens onto a terrace with a view of the lake. It is surrounded by a large enclosure, with a private fishing pond 100 m away.

A few steps lead up to the terrace which leads to the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen and utility room, living room with table soccer. One bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed and 2 x 90 cm single beds), one bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed), this bedroom has direct access to the shower room, which is also accessible via the corridor, and a toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine with billiard table, a small bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed), a large bedroom (3 x 90 cm single beds and 1 x 160 cm double bed). Petanque court, ping pong table and various outdoor games, 1 triple and 2 double canoes.
Legislation governing establishments open to the public (Etablissements Recevant du Public - ERP) does not allow overcapacity (including Kids and babies).
