In a lovely setting overlooking the Vienne Valley, detached house set in a pleasant 4,000 m² wooded and flowered enclosure.
Surface area 90 m². Raised first floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace (sofa bed 2 places), 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 places), shower room with wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds 120 and 90, 1 baby bed), wc, toilet area. Central heating, garage, two barbecues (one stone), pétanque court, small terrace-balcony with lovely views. Holiday cottage under video surveillance (gate and courtyard).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Excellent accueil du propriétaire par sa gentillesse, son sens de l'hospitalité, sa disponibilité, son attention à ses hôtes.
Gîte très agréable, dans un écrin de verdure tout à fait appréciable et très apprécié, dans un calme serein et apaisant, réveillés par le chant des oiseaux. Les minous qui squattent l'immense jardin font le bonheur de celles et ceux qui aiment les chats.

Linlin Villa Bel Air ...mais aussi villa Bonheur
Cette location a correspondu parfaitement à ce que j'espérais avec mon épouse: Environs 3 kms du centre ville de St Léonard de Noblat avec tous commerces alimentaires dont 2 supermarchés, propriété entièrement clôturée et sans vis à vis avec un grand parc paysagé très bien entretenu comprenant belle pelouse, arbres et fleurs; on peut profiter à la fois du soleil et de l'ombre; le lieu est très calme; extérieurement comme intérieurement tout est parfaitement entretenu , meublé et décoré avec goût. La grande douche à l'italienne est très agréable. En résumé, nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à profiter de cette agréable maison et de son bel environnement.
