Just 20 minutes from Confolens, a renowned world dance and music festival, and 20 minutes from Mortemart, one of France's most beautiful villages, at the junction of the Vienne, Charente and Haute-Vienne departments, on an 80-hectare estate of meadows and woods where sheep are raised, the totally independent house, located on the farm, opens onto an enclosed lawn at the rear. Small 3 x 2 m above-ground Piscine, 0.60 m deep (open from 01/07 to 15/09, weather permitting), and trampoline. A path passes close to the Holiday cottage for a pleasant stroll around the property, where deer and hinds have also taken up residence. It's not unusual to see or hear them from the Holiday cottage.

Ground floor: entrance, wc, living room (sofa bed) with wood stove and open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 crib), shower room, wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 crib), shower room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 crib), sleeping area off corridor (2 bunk beds). Electric heating (excellent insulation), garage.
Legislation governing establishments open to the public (Etablissements Recevant du Public - ERP) does not allow overcrowding (including Kids and babies).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
