Just 3 minutes from the A20 motorway and 4 minutes from the town of Bessines, on the exceptional site of a mill on the banks of the Gartempe, isolated in the heart of nature, this very comfortable and refined gîte is built as an extension to the mill. It is accessible by a path (approx. 350 m). Beds made, bathroom linen, household linen and wood included.
Surface area 75 m². First floor: main room with kitchen and dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, shower room, wc, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds 90cm, 1 bed 160cm), sitting area with 2 twin beds 80cm (folding screen). Attractive terrace with lounge area and bar. Fully enclosed, overlooking the river. Hammock, croquet set, brazier and plancha, basketball hoop, badminton. For the more adventurous, there are many trails to discover on site. Shelter for two cars. Additional deposit of €200 for pets.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Un séjour au top! On ne peut que recommander! Merci a Laurent pour son accueil simple et chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses conseils... son panier gourmand très gourmand! Un petit coin de paradis entre rivière,forêt, oiseaux, écrevisses et bien sûr les ânes! Qu'on recherche une déconnexion totale ou découvrir la région l'endroit y est propice... Avec nos enfants et notre chien on a adoré y séjourner!

Adèle et Yoan Déconnexion à la campagne
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans le calme de la campagne, loin de tout mais proche de toutes commodités. La sensation de déconnexion est totale.
Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et le panier garni qui nous attendait (dont une partie avait été mise directement au frigo afin que l'on puisse en profiter dès notre arrivée par une journée de forte chaleur, merci !!)
Nous avons pu venir avec notre chat, ce qui est un plus à souligner.

Anke & Hans Le bruit de l'eau et pourtant le silence
Une merveilleuse semaine de vacances. Paix et silence serein. Seuls un renard et un cerf ont croisé notre chemin au gîte. Belle maison, bons lits et excellent wifi.Merci pour les cadeaux delicieuse.

Niché au cœur d'une forêt paisible, ce gîte en bordure de la Gartempe offre un cadre d'une sérénité exceptionnelle. Parfaitement équipé (vaisselle complète, lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge, etc.), il est idéal pour les familles avec enfants. La terrasse sécurisée garantit la tranquillité des parents, empêchant les plus petits de s'aventurer seuls. L'architecture marie avec élégance des finitions en bois, des meubles en verre et de grandes fenêtres, créant une harmonie lumineuse et chaleureuse.
