Just 3 minutes from the A20 motorway and 4 minutes from the town of Bessines, on the exceptional site of a mill on the banks of the Gartempe, isolated in the heart of nature, this very comfortable and refined gîte is built as an extension to the mill. It is accessible by a path (approx. 350 m). Beds made, bathroom linen, household linen and wood included.
Surface area 75 m². First floor: main room with kitchen and dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, shower room, wc, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds 90cm, 1 bed 160cm), sitting area with 2 twin beds 80cm (folding screen). Attractive terrace with lounge area and bar. Fully enclosed, overlooking the river. Hammock, croquet set, brazier and plancha, basketball hoop, badminton. For the more adventurous, there are many trails to discover on site. Shelter for two cars. Additional deposit of €200 for pets.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Frédéric Gîte parfait !
Ce gîte est parfait, très confortable et généreusement équipé. Situé au bord d’une rivière et dans un environnement bucolique, c’est le lieu idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Tranquillité absolue, aucun voisin ni le moindre bruit, juste la nature et la paix. Le village à proximité est charmant et possède tous les commerces et services dont on peut avoir besoin, il y a même un excellent supermarché. L’accueil est chaleureux et on a qu’une seule envie : revenir ! Bref, c’est le paradis !

Un accueil de grande qualité, intérieur efficace et qualitatif, des extérieurs magnifiquement entretenu. Les ânes sont tout aussi accueillant. Un endroit calme et paisible avec une faune et une flore qui vous raviront. Pour les pêcheur, la rivière Gartempe vous offrira entre autre de magnifiques truites. Recommandation totale.

MD1962 Prachtig huis op een top locatie
Prachtige vakantiewoning op een unieke locatie. Een vakantiewoning met veel pricay en absolute rust midden in het bos met naast het huis een kabbelende rivier. De woning was modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het dorp op 2 km afstand waar een grote intermache te vinden is. Als je van rust houd en een mooi vakantiehuis is dit zeer aan te bevelen. Ook onze hond was zeer welkom. Het contact met de huurbaas was uistekend en was ten allen tijde te bereiken ingeval wij vragen hadden of anderzijds. Voor deze woning geven wij een dikke 9. Hier komen wij zeker een keer terug met de complimenten aan Laurent. Met vriendelijke groet Martin & Henny
