Close to the medieval town of St Léonard de Noblat, detached house set in 1000 m² grounds with lovely views over the Vienne valley. It opens onto a side terrace shaded by a lime tree. Close to hiking trails and a terra aventura trail.
Surface area 97 m². First floor: kitchen, pantry, dining room, sitting area with fireplace-insert, shower room, wc. First floor: lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds 80 cm, can be twinned on request, 1 wooden crib + 1 Umbrella bed), electric heating. Possibility of accommodating up to 2 extra people (sofa-bed occupancy).
Outside, two garden tables with chairs.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Jp Agréable séjour
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé, la literie confortable. L'environnement est très agréable.
Seul petit bémol, le gîte est un peu difficile à chauffer pour un séjour en hiver.
Néanmoins, nous réserverons sans doute à nouveau si nous revenons dans la région.- Cleanliness

RV Repos en région limousine
Séjour très agréable malgrès le temps maussade.
Accueuil chaleureux de Mme et Mr Laurent.
Gite spacieux, confortable, très propre dans un environnemnt calme.
Rien ne manque, le gite est situé à proximité d'un village typique du limousin;
Des sites à visiter autour du gite et de belles balades en vélo pour les plus courageux ( ça grimpe ).
