Overlooking the Vienne Valley, this detached house and its 1,000-square-meter garden offer a peaceful setting just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center of Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat. Under the linden tree on the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility before setting out to explore the hiking trails, the Terra Aventura adventure course, or the narrow streets of the medieval town.
The little extra? Geneviève and Jean-François, the owners, live nearby. Always available and deeply attached to their region, they’ll be happy to share their favorite spots and hidden gems to help you discover Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat in a whole new light.
Surface area 97 m². First floor: kitchen, pantry, dining room, sitting area with fireplace-insert, shower room, wc. First floor: lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds 80 cm, can be twinned on request, 1 wooden crib + 1 Umbrella bed), electric heating. Possibility of accommodating up to 2 extra people (sofa-bed occupancy).
Outside, two garden tables with chairs.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Martine Un séjour très agreable
Gite très agréable, bien équipé et très fonctionnel.
Le cadre extérieur a aussi été très apprécié, reposant et ombragé, ce qui était un plus lors de cette semaine de canicule.
Les propriétaires ont été serviables et a l'écoute tout au long du sejour. Je les remercie pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur souci du confort de leur hôte en période de très forte chaleur.

SherB Beautiful, tranquil accommodation
We loved our stay and wished we'd booked for 2 weeks rather than 1! The owners are lovely and were always available if we needed advice about the area. The accommodation is perfect and much bigger than we expected so there was plenty of room. It is extremely quiet and private which we loved. And inside there is everything you would need. We can't wait to return.

Propriétaires discrets et accueillants
Région qui mérite d'être découverte, le gîte est idéalement placé sur des circuits de randonnées et sur tous les commerces à proximité. Gîte idéalement situé en pleine nature, à 5 minute du centre ville de la jolie bourgade de St Léonard de Noblat qui recelle de nombreux trésors à découvrir!
Balades à pouvoir faire au départ du gîte.
Limoges à 20 minutes est une ville très intéressante culturellement.
