Soleil Levant

13 km from Limoges and 800 m from Nieul, "Soleil Levant" is set in a family home built in 1948 of Limousin stone, renovated in 2019 and decorated with exotic objects by the owner, who has spent much of her working life abroad. She lives on the opposite side of the gîte, with independent entrances and outdoor areas. The Château de Nieul, its park, pond and hiking trails are 600 m away. The gîte is 400m from the train station (TER Limoges-Poitiers line) and 10km from the airport.

Bright, raised first floor. Surface area 70 m2: well-equipped kitchen, living room (extra bed). 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Flower-bedecked terrace and non-adjoining meadow planted with trees near a small stream below the rue des Prés Mous (access by steps). This Holiday cottage does not allow electric vehicles to be charged.
