In a quiet hamlet, the tall, blue granite house opens onto a large enclosed park with trees for children to play in, and beyond which stretch meadows and groves overlooking the valley. You're in Serre! Come into our gîte... we wish you a pleasant vacation.
Surface area 82 m². First floor: kitchen, utility room, shower room, wc. Living room. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 1 bed 100). Outbuilding/gaming room with table tennis, table soccer and outdoor games. Oil-fired central heating. Barbecue. 2000 m² enclosed park. Weekly rentals all year round, short stays accepted for 3 nights or more, except in July and August. Bed linen and towels are not available for hire. This Holiday cottage does not allow recharging of electric vehicles, but there is a recharging point in Eymoutiers 7 km away. Only 1 pet allowed.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Hlwfr Super accueil
Une très belle rencontre avec Mr et Mme Lacouturiere, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement dans leur belle maison tout confort.
Nous y avons trouvé tout ce qui nous fallait pour notre séjour et leur jardin bien clôturé a fait le bonheur de notre chienne.

Isa 62 Ue maison accueillante
Dans un environnement préservé et calme nous avons passé une excellente semaine.L’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires a contribué à nous sentir bien dans ce gîte où il ne manque rien. Le grand espace mis à notre disposition a permis de poser un télescope pour l’observation du ciel étoilé (quand tous les nuages ont bien voulu s’évaporer)

Francine Vacancees en famille
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le gite avec nos 3 enfants. Les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le grand jardin clos avec les jeux mis à disposition. Nous avons profité du calme, de la terrasse. Plein d’activités à proximité du gite, randonnées, lac de vassiviere, lac saint hélène, les marchés...

Propriétaires accueillants, gite spacieux, équipements divers et variés (le babyfoot...retour en adolescence...tout un programme ).
