Set in a mid-mountain landscape where narrow roads wind between meadows and rolling forests, the gîte is located in the heart of the hamlet. It opens south onto a sheltered terrace and a fully enclosed lawn that's not overlooked. This is a hiking region, with many lakes for fishing and swimming. The largest, Vassivière (1000 ha), is a 20-minute drive away. The Martineix beach on the Saint Julien Le Petit lake is 4 km away.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen and fireplace. Large living room opening onto the garden. WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 cm), small bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and sitting area. Oil-fired central heating. Garage with storage and space for fishing tackle. Electric vehicle charging is not possible.

Accueil en toute simplicité dans une belle maison tout confort, située dans une région magnifique. Des balades à travers la campagne dès la sortie du gîte. Calme total hormis le chant des oiseaux dans le jardin la journée et celui de la hulotte la nuit. Je recommande et je reviendrai !

Marie Excellent séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le charmant gîte de Samis. Un intérieur chaleureux et un agréable jardin où il fait bon faire une pause après avoir parcouru les environs aux superbes paysages.

Je valide complètement les excellentes remarques faites précédemment sur la qualité du gîte et de l'accueil.
Samis est entouré par la forêt, tout est calme, reposant. Parfois à la nuit tombée le cri de la hulotte ... même pas peur!

V.P Super séjour
Un séjour au calme proche de belles balades et du magnifique lac de Vassivière. Le gîte est très confortable il y a tout pour s'y sentir bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les repas dans le jardin. Un accueil très chaleureux de Hélène.
