On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 140, small shower room with wc. On the 2nd floor, large bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds and lounge area. Oil heating. Garage with storage and space suitable for fishing equipment. It is not possible to charge an electric vehicle. In a mid-mountain landscape where small roads wind between meadows and hilly forests, the gîte is located in the heart of the hamlet. It opens due south onto a sheltered terrace and a fully enclosed lawn. Hiking region but also lakes equipped for fishing or swimming. The most important Vassivière (1000 ha) is 20 minutes by car. Martineix beach on Saint Julien Le Petit lake is 4 km away.

Superbe maison
5/5Grande maison joliment décoré avec un grand jardin entièrement clôturé super pour notre petit chien.La maison est situé dans un lieu dit très très calme.Vous pouvez louer cette magnifique maison les yeux fermés. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant très discret.Proche des lieux touristiques,je conseille fortement cette location.
Nous y retourneront sûrement un jour

Bel endroit
4/5Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans ce beau gîte. La maison est assez spacieuse pour 4 adultes et un enfant, et le joli jardin clos très bien pour le chien.
Le gîte est bien équipé, le wifi un atout car le téléphone capte difficilement.
La maison se situe dans un hameau, nous avons apprécié le calme qui y règne. Il faut tout de même prendre la voiture pour avoir quelques commerces à 15 minutes (Eymoutiers).

5/5Gite parfait et extrêmement confortable, idéal pour une déconnexion.
Environnement au sein d'un petit hameau agréable et calme.
Nombreuses balades à pied ou en VTT.
Propriétaire très accueillant.
