Located close to Limoges, the Vieux Poirier gîte hamlet comprises 23 independent wooden chalets spread over a 2-hectare estate with a lovely view over the Vienne valley. A pleasant swimming pool (15 x 7.5m) is available on site from 1/07 to 31/08. Ping-pong, hiking and relaxation are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay in this self-catering village. The hamlet is close to the commune's reception halls, making it easy to organize festive events (birthdays, weddings...) while staying on site. (Total capacity: 100 beds).
Accessed by a few steps, the chalet is on the first floor. Living room with kitchenette, 3 small bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds), shower room, toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. Baby equipment available on request. Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot at the entrance to the gîte.

Le cadre de ces chalets est agréable ;
La responsable à la mairie est disponible par téléphone sans difficulté
Par contre, problème de personnel pour le ménage et l’aménagement intérieur est vieillot (vieilles plaques électriques qui mettent un temps fou à chauffer).
Globalement satisfaits malgré tout.

Bon séjour malgré la pluie mais à cela vous n’y pouviez rien! Sauf pour l’herbe des alentours qui était haute, pas comme sur la photo! Il aurait fait beau, ça aurait été moins gênant. C’est le seul bémol.

Accueil téléphonique très aimable et échanges par mails parfaits.
Nous y avons séjourné une nuit l’hiver et le chauffage électrique a été suffisant.
Lieu et environnement très agréable.
Gîte propre, juste assez spacieux pour 6.
Lits simples très étroits.
Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine, mais le matériel est disponible.
En revanche, un camping gaz fera mieux que 2 plaques électriques pour 6.- Cleanliness
