Very comfortable on a sheep farm

On a plateau overlooking 120 ha of meadows and groves, the Boucheron sheep farm is located 15 km south of Limoges. The oldest house on the estate has been renovated into a cosy, comfortable Holiday cottage. The house opens onto a shady lawn. It has a private, heated 8 x 4 m swimming pool, open from early May to late September, weather permitting, and a 60 m2 terrace with a covered area. Another Holiday cottage on the site can accommodate 15 people (reference 87G9020). The owner's prior agreement is required for all requests other than vacation stays.

First floor: living room with well-equipped open-plan kitchen (1 dishwasher, cooker with 2 ovens, food processor), lounge, wc. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 and sofa) with shower room and wc, TV, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 sofa) with shower room and wc, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 80 folding to make a bed 160) with shower room and separate wc and 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 80 folding to make a bed 160) with bathroom (shower and bath) and separate wc. Wood-fired central heating. No smoking in the house.
