Nestled in a peaceful hamlet in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, this detached house with enclosed garden is the haven of Laetitia and Anthony. Just 10 minutes by bike from the pretty Lake Saint-Mathieu, it opens its doors to you for a stay in the midst of nature and serenity. For Laetitia, it's a place close to her heart: she spent all her childhood vacations here, rediscovered her roots and now shares it with those she loves. For Anthony, this spot of greenery is a true bubble of tranquility, ideal for recharging one's batteries. A soothing place, conducive to calm and shared memories.
Surface 76 m². First floor: living room with sitting area and kitchenette opening onto garden, wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), shower room with wc. Electric heating. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Maison d'habitation idéale et très sereine, entourée d'un espace vert bien arboré,
c'est l'endroit rêvé pour se ressourcer et se reposer.
Proche de tous les commerces du bourg de Saint-Mathieu, du lac bien emménagé pour la baignade ou la randonnée, de la Dordogne avec ses communes à explorer, il y a de quoi satisfaire les adultes et les enfants.

Marthe Pause nature dans un gite confortable
Bon accueil par le couple de propriétaire, ainsi que disponible et à l'écoute lors du séjour. Le gîte est agréable et confortable, avec un bel espace de jardin, dans un hameau typique du Limousin. Nous avons apprécié les beaux paysages de forêts, prairies et champs cultivés lors de randonnées dans les environs. Un séjour dépaysant et tonique avec la vie au grand air !

Garry N Comfortable and quiet
We found the Gite to be comfortable and in a quiet location which was ideal for our stay. The owner made us feel welcome and took care to ensure that all of the checking in formalities were clear and understood despite our lack of command of the French language. We have a very nice and relaxing week.
