Set in 2,500 m² of fully enclosed grounds, this detached house is located at the end of a hamlet near the road from Saint Laurent Sur Gorre to Sereilhac. A 3,000 m² private pond extends the grounds and can be used for fishing.
Surface area 150 m². First floor accessed by a few steps: fitted kitchen, living room with TV, shower room with separate toilet in shower room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds (140 cm), 2 single beds (one 120 cm), 1 baby bed), shower room, separate toilet. Completely renovated in 2022: excellent insulation, central heating by heat pump. This Holiday cottage does not allow electric vehicles to be recharged. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Joachim Nice house in a beautiful environment!
Very friendly owner and a big comfortable house in a beautiful environment.
Because of the warm days we just missed a fly screen at night to open the windows and cool down the house. It's not luxurious, but all you need is there and the house is clean and well insulated.- Cleanliness

dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement accueilli par le Proprietaire. Non arrête de faire n’importe quoi. Là. Celui-ci est d’une gentillesse comme on voit peu pour ce qui est de la maison, celle-ci est idéale. Le cadre est magnifique au calme au bord d’un étang. La maison est spacieuse très agréable à vivre très joliment rénovée et on n’y trouve toutes les commodités. Je ne peux que vous conseiller de venir passer un moment dans ce lieu tellement agréable. Merci encore aux Proprietaires
