Le Moulin de Marsaguet is set in a beautiful site with a 13-hectare fishing pond. The self-catering cottage opens onto a large terrace and 1,000 m2 of shaded grounds, and features a heated swimming pool shared with the Bed and breakfast, open from May 1 to the end of September, weather permitting (salt-treated water). Hiking on site and nearby, pétanque court on site. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddle, baby skiing...
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/dining area, spacious living room with wood-burning stove. 2 bedrooms (2 x 160 cm beds), spacious shower room with toilet, toilet, small laundry/storage room. Attic floor: a landing with small relaxation area leads on one side to 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with private shower room, on the other to 1 small bedroom (2 x 90 x 200cm beds), 1 bedroom (4 x 90 x 200cm beds), bathroom (bath and shower), wc. American fridge, 2 ovens, plancha. Wood central heating. Table tennis, swing (under 13s), pétanque court. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided. Housekeeping package at end of stay, breakfasts optional. Legislation governing establishments open to the public does not allow us to exceed capacity (including Kids and babies). In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Steph Un endroit parfait pour se retrouver
L'endroit est parfaitement situé pour profiter de la région, le gite est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Le cadre est superbe. Des activités (piscine, pingpong, pétanque, badminton) peuvent être réalisées sur place (pêche non testée) et il y a même quelques vélo disponibles (mais ça grimpe un peu) ; idéal avec des enfants. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, à l'écoute et disponibles.

Roby Séjour magnifique
Accueil des propriétaires très agréable. L'endroit est magnifique, calme, apaisant.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute est très réactifs. Le seul bémol c'est que comme y est très bien, le séjour en famille a passé trop vite. adresse à garder.- Cleanliness

Séjour reposant déconnecté du monde extérieur agréable
Pour le prix de location la pêche et le nettoyage devrait être compris
Quand on ajoute tt c'est un budget mais les vacances c'est une fois par an pour nous

Merci Mme DEHAYBE d'avoir déposé votre avis. C'est la 2ème fois que vous passez vos vacances au Moulin de Marsaguet, et profitez avec plaisir du calme des lieux et d'un étang de pêche de 13Ha ( en exclusité pour vos 3 pêcheursà un prix privilégié). Le rêve !!! . Nous prenons note de vos remarques et mettons tout en oeuvre pour y remédier. Un seul bémol pour nous: vous n'avez pas pris le forfait ménage, cependant salle de bain et sols n'etaient pas nettoyés comme vous les avez trouvé à votre arrivée. nous avons évidemment remédié à tout ça. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation. Valérie

Gite spacieux situé dans un cadre calme,verdoyant et agréable.
A signaler: la terrasse autour de la piscine est dangereuse: lames de bois cassées,d’autres parties à l’inverse soulevées,nombreuses aspérités au sol.
A tout moment on peut se blesser.
Petit bémol: pour un gîte classé 4 épis une vaisselle est totalement dépareillée Bols,mugs,verres.... qui semblent sortir d’un "vide grenier". On peut mieux faire!- Cleanliness
