Ground floor: kitchen open to the dining area, large living room with beautiful volumes and wood stove. 2 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds), spacious shower room with wc, wc, small laundry room-storage. Attic floor: a landing with small relaxation area serves on one side 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm) with private shower room, on the other 1 small bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom (4 90 x 200 cm), a bathroom (bath and shower), wc. American refrigerator, 2 ovens, griddle. Wood-fired central heating. Ping-pong table, pétanque court. Beds made on arrival, towels and table linen provided. End of stay cleaning package, optional breakfasts. The Moulin de Marsaguet is located in a pretty site with a beautiful fishing pond of 13 Ha. The cottage is independent, it opens onto a large terrace, a shaded plot of 1,000 m2 and has a heated swimming pool shared with the guest rooms, open from April 16 to October 21 depending on weather conditions (water treated with salt) . Hiking on site and nearby, pétanque court on site.

The price includes a welcome including a presentation of the gîte and how it works, 20 kwh/day of electricity, cooking gas (plancha), water, beds made on arrival, towels and table linen. A 1/2 day of coarse fishing with the family (roach, small fish...predators and carp excluded).

The price does not include Fishing, contact the owner to know the conditions and regulations, the excess electricity, the heating package, the cleaning at the expense of the tenant or offered as an option to be paid on site. Breakfasts on request.

Little piece of Paradise

Lovely owners, comfortable house on a beautiful peaceful property by a private lake. Natural environment, sounds of birds, insects and frogs. 3 lovely dogs there too, friendly and playful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, beautiful garden and pool. Lots of privacy. We loved it and would happily return.

L'équipement cuisine casseroles, ustensiles télévision que tire bouchon, robinetterie (signalé au propriétaire) ne sont pas niveau 4 épis. Literies superbes, lumière salon très très basse
Il manque une halogène pour permettre de lire convenablement. Porte de la douche chambre parentale qui ferme mal. Gîte très bien et proprios sympa.

Très joli gîte, tranquille et propre, dans un super cadre !
Seul bémol… les chiens un peu à leur aise, dirons-nous.
Mais c’est finalement un détail tellement le tout était agréable.
