In a small hamlet of three houses, this gîte opens onto a terrace and a large lawn where children can play in complete safety. Nearby: the lakes of Haute-Charente, ideal for swimming, sailing, fishing and other outdoor activities. A 15-minute walk takes you to the beach.

Surface area: 130 m². First floor: living room with kitchenette, sitting room, 2 fireplaces, wc, laundry room. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 Umbrella bed), large shower room, wc. Electric heating, terrace with arbour, garden table, lounge and barbecue-plancha, garage (bikes and motorcycles). Board games, Kids' games, table soccer. Bikes of various sizes are available. This Holiday cottage does not allow electric vehicles to be recharged, nor does it have an internet connection.
