Marie Antoinette et La Maison des Bois

On the borders of Périgord and Corrèze, calm and nature in the heart of an agricultural and forest estate

The small Countryside road, then the track, crosses the Montintin Forest before reaching the entrance to the estate. The Holiday cottages "Marie-Antoinette" and "La Maison des Bois" are completely independent houses on the edge of the Forest, ideally situated for relaxing while listening to birdsong and watching adventurous deer or foxes. Trails lead around the estate and around the large pond below the château. Access to the park is possible from 10 to 12 and from 2 to 7pm. The Piscine, located close to the château, is shared by the three Holiday cottages on the estate. It is open from May to the end of September, from 10 to 12 and from 2 to 7 pm, depending on weather conditions. All of the estate's Holiday cottages can accommodate up to 40 people. Internet connection is neither fiber nor broadband.

Holiday cottage Marie-Antoinette: On the ground floor, raised by a few steps: entrance, large living room with lounge, wood-burning stove and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) opening onto a covered terrace, and a shower room with toilet. On 1st floor, mezzanine, living room with TV. 1 small, cosy bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90) and 1 large bedroom (1 bed 160), shower room, wc. Electric heating. Holiday cottage La Maison des Bois: Ground floor: Entrance with wc and laundry room, large living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and fitted kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90cm). Each opens onto its own covered terrace, bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can be twinned to make 180cm double beds, shower room with wc. Oil-fired central heating. Meals can be shared in the Maison des Bois.
