On the borders of Périgord and Corrèze, calm and nature in the heart of an agricultural and forest estate.

The small Countryside road, then the track, crosses the Montintin Forest before reaching the entrance to the estate. The Holiday cottage, a former farmhouse, is totally independent and not overlooked. It opens onto a grassy courtyard on the south side, and onto a large meadow with a private pond on the north side. Here, the birds and animals of the Forest are king. The Piscine, located close to the château, is shared by the three Holiday cottages on the estate, and is open from May to the end of September, from 10 to 12 and from 2 to 7 pm, depending on the weather. Paths lead around the estate and around the large pond below the château. Access to the park is possible from 10 to 12 and from 2 to 7pm. All the estate's Holiday cottages can accommodate up to 40 people. Internet connection is neither fiber nor broadband. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddleboarding, baby skiing...

On the ground floor, raised a few steps: entrance, large living room with sitting area, wood-burning stove and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160) opening onto a covered terrace, and a shower room with toilet. 1st floor: Mezzanine bed, living room with TV. 1 small, cosy bedroom (1 double bed 160) with private shower room, a bedroom (2 single beds 90) and a large bedroom (1 double bed 160), shower room, wc. Electric heating.

In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
