Maison des Bois

Large house on the border between Périgord and Corrèze, in the heart of an agricultural and forest estate.

The small Countryside road, then the track, crosses the Forest of Montintin before arriving at the entrance to the estate where the Holiday cottage "la maison des Bois" is located. Totally independent, the house opens onto a lawned enclosure shaded by a few oak trees on the south-west side. A carport provides parking for 2 cars. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor each open onto a sheltered terrace where you can listen to the birds and watch deer or foxes. The Piscine, located close to the château, is shared by the three Holiday cottages on the estate, and is open from May to the end of September from 10 to 12 and from 2 to 7 pm, depending on the weather. Paths lead around the estate and around the large pond below the château. Access to the park is possible from 10 to 12 and from 2 to 7pm. All Holiday cottages on the estate can accommodate up to 40 people. Internet connection is neither fiber nor broadband.

Ground floor: entrance with toilet and laundry, large living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and fitted kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) that can be combined to make a 180cm double bed. Each opens onto its own covered terrace, bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can be twinned to make 180cm double beds, shower room with wc. Oil-fired central heating.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
