Detached house that has retained its authentic character, with enclosed lawned grounds to the rear on a 60-hectare estate of meadows and forests. Hiking trails and donkey rides available.
Surface area 160 m². First floor: living room with sitting area and wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 x 2 bunk beds), shower room, wc, laundry/storage room. First floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 6 single beds 90 cm), shower room, wc. Electric heating and wood heating. Gaming room with table tennis, table soccer. Petanque court.
Possibility of renting a 43 m2 room equipped (tables, chairs, crockery) for family meals (30 pers. max.).
Legislation governing establishments open to the public (Etablissements Recevant du Public - ERP) does not allow us to exceed our capacity (including Kids and babies).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Rudy Gîte magnifique avec un excellent accueil !
Gîte magnifique ! Intérieur typique de la région et tout confort.
Cuisine entièrement équipée, salon séjour avec cheminée plein de charme, chambres confortables et en bonus une salle de jeu avec baby-foot et table de ping pong !
L’extérieur n’est pas en reste avec un jardin privatif, un terrain de pétanque et les paysages de la campagne limousine.
De plus, nous avons été très bien accueilli et les propriétaires ont toujours été à notre écoute pour répondre à nos besoins (même au dernier moment)

Piteur Gîte de belle capacité dans un espace vert
Réunion familiale dans un gîte ou chacun a trouvé sa place. Il ne manque rien. Sanitaires en nombre cuisine adaptée pour préparer les repas. La table est accueillante et c'est un plaisir de s'y retrouver en nombre. Dans un cadre verdoyant qui doit être très agréable à la belle saison. À proximité de nombreux lieux touristiques et de parcours de randonnées. Propriétaire qui vous met à l'aise disponible et arrangeant. Merci pour le séjour et l'accueil.

Cemaluca Soirée anniversaire
