Surface 94 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 160 cm double bed, 1 cot), shower room with WC and separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds that can be combined into 1 180 bed). Electric heating, children's games (swings, basketball, balls), games room (table tennis, table football, hopscotch...). Adult and children's bikes available. The games room (74m²) has a large fireplace (wood provided) and underfloor heating. Shelter for bicycles and motorbikes. Located in a pretty site, on a promontory which separates the valleys of Briance and Gravataud, semi-detached gite opening onto a private terrace of 45 m² and a private forest and landscaped park of 8 hectares with 4 km of walking paths extending outside road to Solignac (1 km) . Heated swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from June to September depending on weather conditions, shared with the owners.

Expert forestier, spécialiste des arbres d'agrément, des parcs, de l'écologie fonctionnelle du paysage, j'ai moi même conçu et aménagé en 2005 le parc sylvo paysager de Leygat que vous pourrez agréablement parcourir : 4 km de chemins et sentiers à travers une lande mellifère, des boisements éco-systèmiques, une prairie fleurie... L'arbre d'agrément, la forêt, l'environnement, le paysage, l'apiculture pourront être expliqués lors d'une promenade commentée lorsqu'elle est demandée.

5/5Bonjour, des hôtes charmants, discrets, un séjour parfait pour le repos même en hiver. Une petite suggestion, le passage pour rejoindre le gîte par la pelouse, peut être délicat en temps humides, le pose de pavé japonais par exemple eviterait que les talons des dames s'enfoncent dans l'herbe. Merci

Bon séjour
5/5Gite grand et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires ont été accueillants. Le gite possède l'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour de qualité.
Nous n'avons pu apprécié le parc pour des raisons climatiques mais il est spacieux.
Beaucoup de jeux à disposition des enfants ainsi que des livres pour les petits et grands. La salle de jeu a été très appréciée.- Cleanliness 5/5

For us, an ideal gîte
5/5Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful rural setting. The owners could not have been more attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which is of good size, and the games room, with full size table tennis table. You can walk to the attractive village of Solignac across the fields, where there is a bread shop and an excellent (and very reasonable) local restaurant. There is a hypermarché fifteen minutes away towards Limoges, and local shops in the village of Le Vigen, five minutes away. Limoges itself is well worth visiting, with a number of interesting museums. Christian is an expert arborealist, specialising in oaks. He has planted the 'parc' with many different types of oak tree from all over the world, and gave us a fascinating two hour tour. We hope to return.

Nature, piscine et accueil
5/52eme séjour dans ce gîte, que nous avons apprécié autant que la 1ere fois : piscine chauffée, salle de jeux avec ping-pong et baby-foot, grand terrasse sur le superbe parc, chemins de randonnée, vélos a disposition. Parfait pour se reposer en pleine nature. Un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Merci d'avoir apprécié, dans la discrétion et l'autonomie, l'aménité de nos espaces et équipements. Nous serons toujours ravis de vous revoir pour un prochain séjour dans notre gîte qui confirme bien, en ces jours très chauds de fin août, sa vocation d'habitation "anti-canicule" avec un maintien constant, dans ses murs de pierre, de températures intérieures entre 20 et 22°.
