It has a totally independent entrance and opens onto a small terrace and enclosed garden, on the front, in the heart of the village, and on the back onto a veranda, terrace and totally private garden.

Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed) with bathroom and separate wc, kitchenette area (ovens, fridge, pod coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 x 2-person 140 cm beds, 1 x 2-person 160 cm bed, (sofa bed in one bedroom with 140 cm bed) all with private shower and wc. Central heating.
