In the heart of the magnificent Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, discover a rare and timeless place: a completely renovated former mill, nestled in an exceptional natural environment on the banks of the Bandiat river. Bertrand and his brother Victorien are passionate about this house of character, which has undergone four years of meticulous renovation. Every detail has been meticulously thought out to offer the highest standards of comfort, while fully respecting the character and history of the old mill building. The Holiday cottage boasts an absolutely unique setting: the private heated swimming pool (open from 1/06 to 30/09), suspended above the river, offers a spectacular view of the surrounding nature and creates a unique sensation of total disconnection. Inside, you'll enjoy a warm, elegant and extremely comfortable home, where noble materials and quality renovation create a refined and soothing atmosphere. On the farm property, several ponds are accessible for fishing, offering privileged moments for lovers of nature and tranquility. Fishing is also possible directly in the Bandiat, at the foot of the house (with a fishing card). Horses can also be accommodated. The house is currently being finished.

A 2nd Holiday cottage is being renovated on the site, but the work will not be carried out during the rental periods. In order to offer you a responsible stay, some specific consumptions (ex: heating, electricity...) can be invoiced at the end of your stay.
