In the heart of a small hamlet with two Holiday cottages, the detached house opens onto 400 m² of enclosed grounds with a swing. The family's pony and sheep are kept in an adjoining meadow. Hiking from the hamlet. Lake Mondon and its aqualudic Piscine are 8 km away. A path leads to La Benaize, a small river where you can fish for crayfish (depending on the water level).
Surface 98 m². First floor: living room with small open kitchen (pellet stove) and fireplace, small shower room, wc. Velux-lit attic: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds) (no wc on this floor). Auxiliary heating.

Daniel a grandi dans ce hameau, dans les années 90, avec son épouse, ils ont rénové deux maisons pour continuer à faire vivre le bâti de son enfance. Ils accueillent avec toujours autant de plaisir à faire partager ce lieu qu'ils aiment. Ils habitent à 12 Km et viennent régulièrement pour surveiller et nourrir les animaux.

Choisir son lieu de vacanceslire la description ( poutres anciennes, lambris )ne convient pas à tous ° quand on à des problèmes, l'offre locative est suffisante pour satisfaire chacun en fonction de ses attentes

Quelques jours dans ce gite et c'est un retour dans le passé.
Une vieille maison, des meubles anciens, le tic-tac de l'horloge, le chant du coq le matin... et le calme de la campagne.
